After a great deal of manufacturing woes, Fisker Automotive has officially rolled out six more of their all-electric Karma vehicles.
However, keep your wallet in that back pocket -- these Karmas are not for sale. They're part of a road show program that a few lucky Americans will get to test drive, appearing at various auto shows in 44 cities across the states. Apparently it's part of a nationwide, large-city promotion to boost public interest in Fisker.
Fisker Automotive, who's been developing these vehicles since early 2008 has had some trouble with production in the past few months but seem to have their butts in gear (pun intended). According to their CEO Henrik Fisker, the company's goal is "to show that you can produce an environmentally conscious car that does not sacrifice passion, style or performance". Sounds promising.
