The Ferrari California is considered the anti-Christ by the Ferrari purest and rightfully so. When you compare it to cars like the 430 Scuderia, 612 Scaglietti, 599 GTO or even the 550 Maranello the California just doesn't hold it's weight. Where it does fit in, and very nicely at that, is as an entry level driver friendly Ferrari that even your mother can enjoy. That was the appeal to Anderson Germany when they chose to use the Ferrari California as their canvas for their next tuning project. If I were in the market for a $200k roadster and had to adhere strictly to my budget, make no mistakes about it, I would choose the Ferrari California. With 460bhp from an Italian direct injected 4.3-liter V8 on tap, a lightning quick 7-speed DCT transmission, adjustable suspension with three driving modes and an exhaust that has the bark to back up the 460 potent ponies, the California is a no brainier for those in the entry level lux-roadster market.

But on the other hand, if I were in the market for a Ferrari, the last car I would even consider is the California. So with this, tuning house Anderson Germany, was presented with the challenge to make even the most extreme Ferrari purest at least respect the California, if not refrain from cringing when they saw it. Being the over achievers that they are, I think they have certainly accomplished their goal. Anderson Germany has taken the California's 4.3-liter V8 from 460bhp to an appreciated 515bhp thanks to a reflashed ECU and a new stainless steel valve controlled exhaust system that can be set to three different modes via a remote control. They have also helped this pony hug the curves better by delving into the electronic dampening system and dropped the ride height by 35mm while giving it the ability to be raised for those pesky speed bumps by 40mm.

Cosmetically Anderson has done their fair share to this Ferrari and equipped the California with oodles of carbon fiber goodies. The California sports a set of light-weight alloy and carbon fiber wheels that are painted to match the car with 255/30 R21 tires up front and 315/22 R22 rubbers out back. More carbon fiber is used throughout the Anderson bodykit which includes the front splitter, hood vent, side skirts, rear diffuser, rear mud guard, side air-vents and deck-lid spoiler. To finish off the exterior modifications are a set of tinted taillights to complement the aggressive look. Inside you'll find the same carbon fiber treatment throughout the air vents, radio cluster, center console, door handles, rocker switches and steering wheel. No price has been released for this kit yet but if you happen to have a Ferrari California, Anderson Germany has the best options available to complement your Italian stallion. source
