Ok, so some police officers are assholes. But, to their defense the Veyron owner did park in a handicap spot, like an asshole. So, in theory, they’re kind of justified. Plus….it’s a Bugatti .

Funny thing about it? The wheels are too big for the standard size boot, so they resort to the larger one designed for SUVs and trucks. Too bad the blue two-tone color doesn’t match the handicap line…you may have gotten away with it by blending in, my man!

Dodge promised new interior concept art on their Dart vehicle soon…well, they delivered!

You’re looking at the sporty, super efficient 2013 Dart sedan that Dodge is building. Yes, this is the vehicle that is planned to only consume 40mpg and have a 9-speed automatic transmission. And yes, 40mpg because of the 2009 bankruptcy bailout agreement that the government cut with Chrysler (more info on this).

Some of the included shots tout an 8.4-inch center media display as well as a 7-inch display for the main dash cluster, which can be customized. Ambient lighting galore, custom build options till your brain pops, and an awesome mpg rating will make this little Dart very appealing in the near future..we’ll keep you posted.

The Bionic Transporter is a reflection of how nature responds/evolves to environmental changes, except in the automotive ecosystem.

According to the designer (Szilveszter Buzasi), this concept changes its road stance depending on the speed that it’s traveling. This in turn communicates speed changes (think safety) and allows for a larger number of vehicles to be on the road while moving through slow traffic, essentially freeing up space.

There are other safety features around the vehicle such as variable brake lighting and a wing/air dam that pops up under heavy braking, which also alerts drivers to the rear that there is some serious stopping power being applied.

I’m a huge fan of large scale audio visual experiences. I loved the deadmau5/Nokia thing done in London but when I saw this, it was like a totally different experience.

The Media Merchants, a Canada-based agency took a Lamborghini Reventon and, with some tech trickery and careful aligning, projected motion graphics on the vehicle in sync with audio effects — pretty cool stuff!

Renowned German auto designer Robert Wilhelm Gülpen has done it again, but this time in platinum, gold, diamonds, and of course…carbon fiber.

Looking at the images and judging by the price, one would picture this as a fully functional Lambo — it’s not. This puppy is a model car, similar to the other carbon fiber creation that Gülpen sold for about the same price a few months back. However, this model is said to have approximately 700 diamonds embedded into the interior alone. The rims are to be platinum while the suspension will be crafted out of solid gold. The rest of the body parts will be carbon fiber, just like the previous model.

If you want to relive your childhood toy cars phase and have too much money, you can buy this model car at an auction in NYC later this month. Have your $4.7M (approx. 3.5M €) handy!

Just to be clear, the BRZ is a Subaru.

It seemingly deviates from the normal current Subaru design aesthetic, having a more edgy front grille and business-oriented (for the track, of course) rear diffuser right out of the factory. The exterior just screams “Noobs, bewareeee!” while the interior is your standard Subaru minimalistic feature set. Stepping into the cockpit of the BRZ is not much different than hopping into a late model STi.

At a glance, the numbers don’t sound too impressive. A 2.0L 4-cylinder that produces 200hp @ 7,000 on premium, but rest assured…the BRZ “definitely has some kick”, according to InsideLine.com’s Ed Hellwig.

It’s only a momentary burst of torque, though, as it falls off a bit before rising again at 4,800 rpm. It then peaks at 6,300 rpm and stays flat right through 7,000 rpm. That’s where the 200-horsepower peak sits, too, and the redline is another 400 rpm after that.

Well, that’s good news for Subaruheads wanting to tune the crap out of this little 2,690-pound Subby that could. Seems like the car is tailored for tuners. Along with the track responsiveness, the 6-speed standard gearbox is said to be smoother than the WRX or STi; less rubbery and more mechanical-feeling. Additionally, the automatic gearbox maintains its sporty nature by rev-matching under hard braking and allowing track-like behavior during everyday driving. This is not your Mom’s Subaru.

Senner has been a leader in Bavarian tuning for quite some time now. They’re specialty resides in Audi tuning, but the savvy designers and automotive brains at Senner have a BMW up their sleeves…

Enter the X6 xDrive40d, the turbo diesel Beluga whale. I personally like the X6, but feel that it’s lacking in the sporty department. That’s where Senner is changing the game.

A high-flow air filter, ECU remapping, and a few other tweaks brings this giant from the stock 306hp to a nice 336hp (oh, and did we mention the 490.5 lb-ft of torque — yeah, hell yes we love diesel engines).

The other changes on their tuner kit include some nice cosmetic goodies such as the BMW Performance front bumpers, accentuated front air inlets/dams, blacked-out kidney grilles, a rear deck spoiler, and a nice looking rear diffused which resembles an OEM BMW Performance bumper. All that, plus some very necessary 22-inch alloy wheels and a Bilstein sport suspension kit finish this whale off in the right way.

Unfortunately, the interior remains basically untouched with the exception of pedals and an entertainment system. Nope, no hand-stitched seats here…

German aerodynamics kit manufacturer Prior-Design just recently released some final fitment photos of their highly anticipated aerokit for the Porsche 996, and damn does it looks sexy-functional.

No word on pricing (probably depends on 996 or 997 fitment), but the body parts are available as separate items. In other words, if you don’t dig the sideskirts you could just opt in for the front and rear bumpers to spruce up your rocket ship. Jump over to Prior-Design’s site for more information.
